1. Vehicle Sales

All vehicle sales are final once the purchase agreement is signed and payment is made. Vehicles are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated in a specific warranty agreement. We encourage all customers to inspect vehicles thoroughly before purchase.

2. Swap & Trade-Ins

Swap requests are subject to inspection and valuation by our team. Submitting a request online does not guarantee acceptance. The final exchange value is determined after physical inspection.

3. Pricing

Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Limitation of Liability

Temmys Autos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or vehicles.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
